Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, we have an automatic emailing system. We will send a confirmation email that has a summary of your order and the amount paid. If you don’t see it after ten minutes, check your spam folder.

What does “Not Available” mean?

This means that the item is either on back-order or has been discontinued. If the item has been discontinued you will be contacted to switch the size, style and/or colour.

How long after I place my order will it ship?

Orders have a typical processing time of 3 business days, but can take up to 7 depending on stock.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All domestic and international shipments includes tracking. These delivery times are estimates after order processing has taken place. These are only estimates, not a guarantee. If you need your order shipped quickly, please contact us directly. Orders usually ship within 2 days after receipt of an order with exceptions only to weekends and holidays.

Domestic: Express Domestic or Priority Mail (USA) 3-5 business days.

International: Express International by air 3-15 business days. All international shipments include limited tracking. These delivery times are estimates after order processing has taken place. What if my order does not arrive?

Please make sure you enter your correct, full address when ordering; we can only spot incorrect addresses in limited countries. Contact us immediately if your order does not arrive or to change an address, and we will be happy to assist you.

Are Mitradine products safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?

We do NOT recommend use of Mitradine if you are pregnant or nursing. Always consult with your medical professional before using any new dietary supplements or topical products

Are Mitradine products recommended for children?

No. Use of Mitradine is strictly limited to adults 21+ in some states or regions.

What Other Questions Should I Ask My Doctor About Taking Supplements?

Ask your doctor whether you may safely benefit from use of Mitradine based on your current diet and health.

Are Mitradine Supplements ‘Proprietary Blends’?

Yes. A “proprietary blend” is a combination of ingredients used exclusively by one supplement manufacturer. No other company produces the exact same combination of ingredients and manufacturing processes as Mitradine LLC. Additionally, the formulation is patent-pending.

Are Mitradine products ‘standardized’

Yes. “Standardized” means that we ensure every batch of their products is produced in a consistent way, with the same ingredients and same concentration of ingredients. It is usually a term that refers to extracts from plants (herbal medicines), which contain a specific percentage of active ingredient(s).

Is Mitradine produced using industry best practices?

Yes. We follow the guidelines of “good manufacturing practices” (GMPs), which means the supplements have to meet certain quality standards.
